Job Description

Callnovo is seeking a passionate and communicative English Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service experience to our beauty products clients. This position is open to work from home candidates. If you have fluent spoken and written English, enjoy interacting with people, and passion for Beauty product, we look forward to your application!

Work Hours:

Sun-Mon 10am-6pm

Tue-Thur 5:30am-1:30pm

Base on Pacific Standard Time

Off day will be Friday & Saturday

Job Specification

  • Fluent and standard spoken English
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong ability to learn


  1. Provide prompt and courteous customer service in English to ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain customer records and update relevant brand information.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
