Job Description

Staffaro, a leading human resources company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their success in using our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional results.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with clients to ensure they receive the maximum benefit from our solutions. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within our products and services, and for communicating these to our engineering and product development teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in training clients on new features and functionality, as well as proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our products and services
  • Help clients identify areas for improvement and communicate these requests to product teams
  • Train customers on new products and features
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Identify potential areas for growth and recommend upsell opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating communication across different teams internally
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requests


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making processes
