About the role:
We're currently searching for a highly organized and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Booty Parlor. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's growth and success. We're looking for someone with a strong background in marketing, exceptional strategic and communication skills, and a passion for our industry.

This is a full-time remote position, and we prefer candidates from South America who can work in the same time zone.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging content creation across various platforms.
  • Oversee social media platforms, creating compelling and relevant content to engage the target audience.
  • Supervise vendors to achieve desired marketing outcomes
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media initiatives, all aimed at bolstering brand visibility and driving growth for our direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand.
  • Create AI-generated content and schedule it for optimal reach and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
